This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that govern your enrolment in any program, course, membership, or service (collectively referred to as the “Program”) offered by Beauty Business School (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling and submitting payment, you agree to be bound by the terms of this legally binding agreement, which is enforceable under the laws of Australia.
1.1 All enrolments are subject to a minimum fixed term of twelve (12) months from the date of enrolment (“Initial Term”).
1.2 Upon expiry of the Initial Term, your enrolment will automatically continue on a rolling month-to-month basis, with access and payments continuing as usual.
1.3 You may cancel your ongoing enrolment after the Initial Term of 12 months by providing no less than thirty (30) days’ written notice via email to: info@beautybusinessschool.com.au.
1.4 During the 30 day notice period, your Program access will remain active and payments will continue as scheduled.
1.5 If you attempt to cancel before the end of the Initial Term, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that 12 month period. You will remain liable for all payments due within the Initial Term, regardless of participation or progression.
2.1 The following payment options are available:
Fee: $997 AUD
Access is granted for 12 months from the date of enrolment.
No refunds are offered after the Cooling-Off Period (see Clause 3).
Fee: 3 x $350 AUD per month (Total: $1,050 AUD)
Payments are auto-debited monthly.
You are contractually obligated to complete all three instalments.
After the Initial Term, your enrolment will continue monthly unless cancelled in accordance with Clause 1.
Fee: $25 AUD per week for 52 weeks (Total: $1,300 AUD)
Payments are auto-debited weekly.
This plan constitutes a 12-month contract.
After the Initial Term, your enrolment will continue on a weekly rolling basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
2.2 Promotional pricing or discounts may be applied at our discretion.
3.1 A 48 hour Cooling Off Period applies from the date and time of your original purchase.
3.2 Within this timeframe, you may request a full refund by emailing info@beautybusinessschool.com.au, provided you have not progressed beyond the Welcome Module(s).
3.3 After 48 hours, all Program fees are strictly non-refundable, and the full fee remains due, regardless of course usage, withdrawal, or non-participation.
4.1 Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
4.2 You are entitled to a refund or compensation where a major failure in the service occurs. For minor failures, we may choose to provide a remedy at our discretion.
5.1 In the event of a failed or missed payment:
You will be notified;
Access to the Program may be suspended until payment is rectified;
An administrative fee may be applied to failed or dishonoured payments.
5.2 Repeated non-payment may result in cancellation of access, referral to debt collection services, and recovery action.
5.3 If any payment due under this agreement remains unpaid for more than 14 days after the due date, we reserve the right to refer the debt to a third-party collection agency or legal representative for recovery.
5.4 You will be liable for any costs incurred by us in recovering the outstanding debt, including but not limited to debt collection fees, legal fees, and any other associated costs.
6.1 All Program materials, including videos, lessons, workbooks, documents, templates, recordings, and branding (collectively, “Content”), are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Beauty Business School.
6.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6.3 You must not copy, share, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any Content without our express written permission.
7.1 Your enrolment and access are granted on an individual basis and may not be shared or transferred.
7.2 Sharing login credentials or Program materials with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in access suspension or permanent removal without refund.
8.1 We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance the Program content, delivery method, or structure at our discretion. This ensures relevance and quality of learning outcomes.
8.2 Changes to Program content or format do not entitle you to a refund or release from payment obligations.
9.1 While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, third-party issues, or force majeure events.
9.2 Beauty Business School is not liable for technical difficulties, outages, or access delays caused by factors beyond our control.
10.1 The Program is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.
10.2 You are responsible for seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.
11.1 Any testimonials or case studies shared are true and reflect the experience of individual clients. However, these are not guarantees of outcomes for future clients.
11.2 Your personal success depends on various factors including your background, effort, and commitment.
12.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
12.2 By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the Program and communicating with you.

13.1 In the event of any dispute or complaint, you agree to contact us at info@beautybusinessschool.com.au in the first instance to attempt a resolution.
13.2 If the matter cannot be resolved within 14 business days, either party may refer the matter to mediation or other legal remedies under Australian law.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and tribunals.
By enrolling in the Program and submitting payment, you confirm that you:

Welcome to the Beauty Business School Insider Event (“Event”) – we’re beyond excited to have you join us! Before we pop the champagne, here are a few important details to keep everything as smooth as your best-selling serum. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
This is an exclusive event for current Beauty Business School (BBS) members only. If your membership is not current or active at the time of the event, your ticket may be forfeited without refund.
Attendees must be 18 years or older.
Tickets are non-refundable and ticket holders can transfer ticket up to 1 week prior to the event.
All ticket purchases must be made through the official BBS payment platform.
Your ticket includes access to all sessions, meals, drinks, and activities listed in the official schedule. Any additional purchases (travel, accommodation, etc.) are the responsibility of the attendee.

BBS reserves the right to change speakers, schedule, content, or location at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
Should the event be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster, government restrictions), all tickets will be transferred to the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued.
This is a high-vibe, inclusive event. We celebrate diversity and welcome all attendees to feel safe, seen, and respected.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Dress code: Beauty Business School Theme – show up as your bold, empowered, CEO self.
This event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to being recorded and grant BBS the right to use your likeness, voice, image, and statements in promotional materials (social media, website, future event promos, etc.), without compensation.
If you have concerns or would prefer not to be featured, please notify us before the event via email at info@beautybusinessschool.com.au.
You acknowledge and agree that BBS, its team, and partners are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or expense that may occur during the event.
You participate in all activities (including cocktail making) at your own risk.
Travel and accommodation arrangements are your responsibility. BBS will not cover costs for cancellations, delays, or changes.
If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illness within 7 days of the event, we kindly ask you to stay home and notify us.
We’ll follow all current health guidelines to ensure a safe and fabulous experience for everyone.
